SELA VALE / PRIVACY · Updated 3 November 2026

A clear beginning.

SELA VALE is an eyewear concept operated for this validation experiment by Jošt Slabe. Privacy and removal requests: jost.slabe@biopak.si. This is a waitlist, not a purchase or reservation. Product design and specifications are still in development.

Your waitlist entry

By joining, you consent to storing your email and selected country for launch updates. We save the signup time, the consent version, and any source, medium, campaign and content tags in your link. Do not put personal information in UTM tags. Your email is normalized to lowercase and duplicates are prevented. Addresses are unconfirmed; this site does not send email automatically.

Entries are stored in the site’s hosted Cloudflare D1 database and can be viewed and exported by the owner. The application does not store your IP address or browser fingerprint. Hosting and ChatGPT sign-in services may process technical data under their own terms.

Optional measurement

Analytics is off until you choose “Allow analytics.” If allowed, your browser saves a random anonymous browser identifier and campaign-specific visit identifiers. We store approximate country supplied by hosting, visit times and UTM tags and link a signup to its visit to measure conversion. These identifiers are not shared with advertising networks. You can change your choice using “Analytics preferences” on the landing page. Declining does not affect joining. Clearing browser storage creates a new identifier and may increase the measured visitor count.

Retention and your choices

Waitlist and measurement records are kept for the 90-day validation experiment, then reviewed for deletion or renewed permission for launch updates. This review is performed by the owner. You can request access, correction, export, withdrawal of consent or removal at the privacy contact above.

Immediately after a new signup, “Remove my entry” deletes the entry using a random secret held only in that page’s memory. Reloading loses that secret; contact the owner to remove an entry later. Duplicate submissions do not reveal the original secret. The database stores only its hash. Declining analytics clears the current browser identifier but does not automatically remove historical anonymous measurements.

The site currently remains private. Owner test submissions are marked and excluded from the validation metrics. No orders or payments are collected.
